Bridging the Skills Gap: Workforce Development Is Everyone's Business (10016)

Program Description 

Let's kickoff the 2016-2017 ATD program year discussing how talent development initiatives help identify and close skill gaps in different industries. You'll hear directly from Kristen Fyfe-Mills, ATD Associate Director of Communications, about findings and insights uncovered in the 2015 ATD Skills Gap Survey. 

This evening event will provide an overview of the issues faced in talent development, but will also examine issues facing the Buffalo Niagara region. 

We'll wrap up the night with conversation with a brief discussion about resources available in our area and you will have an opportunity to interact with your colleagues to identify ways you can apply what you learned in your environment!
