Presenter Bio

Joan Graci has lead a mission as a talent coach for visionary HR and industry leaders promoting growth and transparency, aiding corporations in building effective teams and enhancing talent brands.  She has worked on the front lines of the employment world for 30 years, collecting data on the real problems growing organizations struggle with.  After years of data collection and researching the difference between how leaders think and feel versus how job seekers and employees think and feel, she has become the only brain-based-certified talent coach in Western New York translating these differences.  She has made an effort to bridge that gap and drive real results. Joan’s holistic approach to the talent management process and her ability to change behaviors has caused exponential growth in her clients’ revenue goals, production levels, and retention rates.

She travels as a keynote speaker, attends numerous neuroscience summits to better understand employer-employee dynamics, and is a contributing writing for The Buffalo.  Joan’s passion remains the same: devising a complete human capital strategy capable of closing the communication gap so that employers and professionals can speak the same language again.

ACHIEVEMENTS Joan received a brain-based certification from the NeuroLeadership Institute and completed the Women’s Leadership Development Program at University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business. She is a graduate and former president of the University of Buffalo Center for Entrepreneurial Leadership Alumni Association and remains an active member of the UB community, as well as a mentor and committee leader for the Canisius College Women’s Business Center. She also received a 2015 Woman of Influence award, issued by Buffalo Business First, which honors female entrepreneurs who have grown their business by making outstanding contributions to society.
