About the Speaker
Nick Ryberg is the president and founder of Hunter-Ross, a Rochester, NY based HR consulting firm specializing in organizational analytics and assessment consulting for a wide range of companies across North America. The firm has a high focus on enterprise level employee engagement analytics and solutions, along with HR process analytics and assessment tools. Hunter-Ross also has an executive search and recruitment process outsourcing division with multiple offices in North America. 

Nick's expertise includes employee engagement consulting, assessment solutions, workforce analytics, and executive level search projects. He has over 30 years of combined experience in private sector human resources leadership in fortune 500 companies, including Sorrento Cheese, Nabisco, Mobil Chemical, FMC Corporation and Unilever. Nick has lead the development and growth of HR consulting and executive search businesses nationwide and has been recognized as a leader in the search industry. He is a Predictive Index Certified Partner and has certifications in multiple assessment tools and diagnostics through the Predictive Index, TTI Success Insights, and Qualtrics. Certifications he holds include designation as an Emotional and Stress Quotient Analyst, Sales Skills Index Analyst, Stages of Growth Analyst, Acumen Capacity Index/Hartman Value Indicator Analyst, and Tri-Metrix Analyst. 

Nick has a Bachelors Degree in Labor and Industrial Relations from The Pennsylvania State University and attended the Executive MBA Program at Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota.
