Join us for Employee Learning Week to learn about the power of play as a catalyst to harvest the insight, ideas and imagination available in our organizations.  Participate in a hands-on demonstration of play-based facilitation techniques like LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®, an innovative, experiential process designed to enhance innovation and business performance.  Based on research that shows that this kind of hands-on, minds-on learning produces a deeper, more meaningful understanding of the world and its possibilities, LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® deepens the reflection process and supports an effective dialogue – for everyone in the organization.  Learn how constructivist learning methods can be applied to the diverse challenges of strategy development, organizational development, new product development, change management, and learning and development.

Please join NFASTD as we welcome Juliana Sanchez Trujillo, a certified LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® workshop designer and facilitator.

About our Presenter:

Juliana is a Learning and Development professional in the Health Care industry.  She has worked as a Creativity and Change Management catalyst for multiple organizations and as a consultant, facilitator and presenter in a variety of profit and not-for-profit industries in Colombia, Canada and United States.

Juliana’s research interests include Play-based Training, Organizational Creativity, and Change Management.  She holds a M.S. Creativity from Buffalo State and a B.A. Corporate Communications from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana Bogota.

**Program attendance supports development in the following learning and performance competencies, and areas of expertise, as outlined by the ASTD Competency Model: Leveraging Diversity and Thinking Strategically, and Facilitating Organizational Change.
