November 2013 Program - Managing Change the Creative Way

Learning and development experts are often tasked with helping with change management plans. We are asked to help with companywide rollouts, offer suggestions for how to communicate change and get people onboard with new processes, systems, and products.

This program will review several tools to assist you in helping others implement their ideas and gain acceptance. We will:

1. Become familiar with change management and why it’s necessary.
   
2. Look at change management from a creative problem solving perspective.
   
3. Experience tools to create a change management plan to help your department and organization.
