Presented by Bob Mosher,  Chief Learning Evangelist, APPLY Synergies

The days of learning content having any kind of sustainable shelf life are quickly fading. With emerging technologies such as agile software development, collaborative learning environments, performance support, and mobile devices, our learners ability to access dynamic content is at an all-time high. The challenge for many learning organizations is basically keeping up! How do we adapt design models, many of which were originally proposed as far back as the 1940s, to fit the rapid change we live in today? The new normal is more agile, learner centered, and just-in-time. The session will discuss how to retool your current learning organization and its design/delivery approaches to adopt an agile content development process which allows you to keep up and support your learners in powerful new way.

In this session, we will discuss:

1. The importance of participating in train, transfer, and sustain.

2. How Agile is the new ADDIE.

3. The technologies needed to be considered when offering a total learning ecosystem.

4. The new role of the classroom and instructor.
