Leveraging AI in L&D and Identifying the Value it Brings in Measuring Success (Thursday, July 23, 2026)

Leveraging AI in L&D: Identifying the Value it Brings in Measuring Success

Join ATD Buffalo Niagara and AAA Western & Central New York for a thoughtful conversation on learning and development, program design, emerging tools, and meaningful measurement.

As organizations continue to explore new approaches to learning, development professionals are navigating how to design programs with intention, consider where tools such as AI may be helpful, and better understand whether their efforts are making a difference.

This event brings together three perspectives on building learning experiences that are relevant, well-designed, and responsive to organizational needs. Participants will explore intentional curriculum and program development, practical considerations around AI tools in training, and ways to assess outcomes and demonstrate value.

Whether you are already experimenting with AI, simply curious about its role in learning and development, or focused on strengthening the programs you already offer, this session will provide approachable insights for a range of experience levels.

Featuring focused presentations from Shantey Brown, Brian Fending, and Jeanna Clark, this event offers a balanced look at the connection between learning design, evolving tools, and measurable success.
