Purpose: To encourage and support continuing education and professional development in the workforce learning, training, and development field and provide enhanced benefits to our chapter membership. 

Qualifications:   You must fit the following qualifications to apply for the ATD Buffalo Niagara Scholarship Program:

• You must be a current ATD Buffalo Niagara Member
• You must be currently enrolled or expected to enroll in a certification, Bachelors, or Master’s Program that can be connected to the Talent Development industry within the program year. 

Awards:

Power Members - $500 scholarship (local members that also are national members)
Regional Members- $250 scholarship (for local members)

Programs for professional development or continuing education in talent development may include:

• ATD Certification (CPLP,  APTD, etc.)
• certificate programs in talent development
• programs in pursuit of professional designation
• doctorate or graduate academic programs in talent development and related majors
• post-secondary academic programs in talent development
