To be able to function properly in any position in any modern organization, especially in the United States, it is essential to be able to adapt and collaborate with people coming from any culture. To achieve this in a more fluid way, it is necessary to be culturally competent. The goal of this workshop is to help the participants to develop the necessary skills to understand the elements of culture and the way people from different parts of the planet behave, in order to strengthen those differences for the good of the workgroup and the community.

Pablo is founder and owner of JPA Innovation + Strategy, a consultancy firm dedicated to help individuals and organizations to improve and develop their creativity, innovation and strategy skills, and to trained teams in cultural competence. Additionally he is a structural engineering consultant in Mexico, where he owns his own firm. Pablo is certified as a FourSight thinking profile trainer and facilitator. He designs and delivers workshops in creativity, innovation, and cultural competence for the public sector, investors, designers, educators, and the business community.
Pablo has taught as a lecturer eight different engineering and innovation courses in three different universities in Mexico. He has performed the structural design of over 70 different construction projects like office buildings, houses, apartment complexes, and factories. He has also participated in more than 50 creativity, innovation, and strategy training and facilitation experiences with very diverse clients.
