Competency: Change Management
Topic: How to use experiential team building to develop the competencies needed for high performing teams.
A playbook only goes so far. Not only do high performing teams need a plan -- they need to know how to improvise. This workshop will show trainers how to help teams become more adaptable, flexible and open-minded so they can move confidently even amid uncertainty. Experiential team building exercises followed by meaningful discussions can help team members build trust in themselves and in each other, gain needed competencies, and experiment with behaviors that will help them move into higher levels of innovation and performance.
In this workshop you will not only learn the value of experiential learning for team building, you will have a chance to be part of it. Participants will be guided through an immersive, active exercise followed by a debrief and Q&A.
