Stan is the Director of Technology-Enhanced Instruction at Jamestown Community College. He is also the owner of Tubarks Consulting specializing in leveraging online environments. He has over 20 years of experience working as an instructional technologist and trainer. He has a doctorate in education through the University of Wyoming.
