About the Presenter:

Lesley Broadbelt hails and joins us from the twin-island Federation of St Kitts-Nevis which is located in the Eastern Caribbean. Due to her overwhelming personal and professional need to surmount her fear of public speaking, she joined Toastmasters in August of 2015. Her commitment to the journey has thus far allowed her to realize continued development in effective communication and leadership. It has enhanced her skillset as a presenter and consultant in her capacity as a Financial Aid Manager, and as an adjunct lecturer for the course of Seminar Presentation 2 in the Associates Degree program of Office Administration and Management Studies.  As a former wall-flower, TM Lesley or Ms Lesley (as she is called by her students) is always excited to share -- with other wall-flowers and persons who are in the early stages of their speaking journey --  tried and true keys points that have helped her along the way. Some of her former students have communicated that her experiential public speaking course has helped them to thrive well in job interviews and interact effectively with internal and external customers.
