Bridging the generational gap with self-awareness, allows leaders to better understand how the brain works and become more aware of how “mental shortcuts” are the preferred method as opposed to calculated thinking. These shortcuts as well as stereotypes and bias can create generational conflict. Through self-awareness and other tools they will be able to bridge the generational gap and have a more productive, happier and healthier workforce.
