Dr. Kristy Tyson, MBA, DM. Author of YOUR CALL: Critical Thinking for Decision Makers, Tyson is an instructor at Bryant and Stratton College and SUNY Buffalo State University and the current president of the Buffalo Niagara Chapter of the Association for Talent Development (ATD BN). She is dedicated to empowering professionals and students through transformative learning experiences that enhance leadership and critical thinking skills.
Jeni Becker has been in training and development for over 10 years and is focused on soft skill development. She recently presented a 3-part training series for ATD on training soft skills. Jeni is the current VP of Membership for ATD Buffalo Niagara and has been on the board for the last 3 years.
Patrice has been a dedicated Learning and Development Consultant at AAA Western and Central New York for 32 years. In 2012, she earned the prestigious CPTD (Certified Professional in Talent Development) certification from the Association for Talent Development (ATD). From 2012 to 2014, Patrice served on the board of ATD Buffalo Niagara, holding various leadership positions including VP of Communications, President Elect, President, and Past President.
