Presenter:
Demetria “Dee” Cooper, founder of Iron Sharpens Iron, LLC, is a seasoned expert in individual development planning, change management, and team building. With over 20 years of leadership experience across military and civilian sectors, she has led teams in high-stakes environments, including Iraq and the U.S. mainland. Demetria's expertise encompasses project management, Lean methodology, coaching, and communication. At the VA, she has driven performance improvement and leadership development initiatives. Her workshops emphasize strategic leadership, change management, and fostering effective communication to build resilient, high-performing teams.
Fun Fact: Dee has lived in over two dozen places based on her father's work with the federal government and her work as a servant leader.
