ATD BUFFALO NIAGARA
Description:
People have very different preferences for how they like to communicate and work together. Learning to identify and adapt to these different styles is critical for successful training. This program will equip trainers with tools to understand and effectively address trainees with different communication styles.
Using the T.E.A.M. model, which identifies four communication styles, trainers gain insights into how these differences impact interactions and if not addressed can lead to misunderstandings. The model is simple yet comprehensive, making it easy to integrate into training sessions.
Trainers will learn not only how to recognize their clients’ communication preferences but also how to apply this knowledge to tailor their content and delivery to improve engagement and retention. The program provides practical strategies for enhancing collaboration, building strong relationships, and fostering a productive learning environment.
At the end of the program, Alan will offer participants a complimentary assessment so they can receive their own personalized report.
