Join ATD Buffalo Niagara and Lawley Insurance Company for an engaging professional development event focused on cultivating a culture of learning within teams, organizations, and the broader workplace community.

Featuring Michelle Unger of Lawley Insurance Company, Vicky Okerlund of M&T Bank, and Amanda Q. Best of Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center and ATD Buffalo Niagara, this event will explore how learning cultures are built through leadership support, shared accountability, meaningful feedback, peer learning, and everyday opportunities for growth.

This session is designed for learning and development professionals, managers, emerging leaders, HR professionals, trainers, organizational development practitioners, and anyone interested in strengthening how people learn, collaborate, and grow at work.

Attendees will benefit from a blend of panel discussion, breakout group conversations, practical examples, and open networking. Participants will have the opportunity to hear multiple perspectives, exchange ideas with peers, reflect on learning challenges within their own teams, and identify realistic actions they can take back to their organizations.
